NORFOLK, Va. -- The 2017 VaSID University Division Women’s Basketball All-State Team was announced today. Old Dominion’s Jennie Simms was named Player of the Year, William & Mary’s Ed Swanson earned Coach of the Year honors and Liberty’s Keyen Green was named Rookie of the Year.
