HARRISONBURG, Va. – James Madison quarterback Bryan Schor and Virginia linebacker Micah Kiser highlighted the 2016 Virginia Sports Information Directors University Division All-State Football Team, as the duo were voted the state’s Offensive and Defensive Players of the Year.
