HAMPTON, Va. -- The 2016 VaSID University Division Women’s Soccer All-State team was announced today with the University of Virginia senior Alexis Shaffer earning Player of the Year honors, while Liberty University’s Gabrielle Farrell earned Rookie of the Year and her head coach Nate Norman taking Coach of the Year honors.
