WILLIAMSBURG, Va. -- State flagships Virginia and Virginia Tech swept the top honors on the inaugural VaSID University Division Women's Outdoor Track & Field All-State team on Thursday, with the Cavaliers winning four of the five major awards and the Hokies taking the other.
