FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – Mary Washington sophomore Abby Moghtader was voted as the State College Division Player of the Year, Averett freshman Paula Ryhsen claimed State Rookie of the Year, and Sweet Briar head coach Dustin Hale gained State Coach of the Year as the 2021 VaSID College Women's Tennis All-State Team was announced.
