RICHMOND, Va. – VaSID named its 2020 University All-State baseball team, with Virginia and Virginia Tech splitting this year’s major awards. The Hokies’ Carson Taylor and Ian Seymour earned Player and Pitcher of the Year, respectively, while the Cavalier’s Chris Newell and Brian O’Connor earned Rookie and Coach of the Year.
