BUENA VISTA, Va. — VaSID has announced the 2019 College All-State Women's Soccer Team, headlined by Randolph-Macon's Gabby Nelson, who was chosen as VaSID Player of the Year, with defender Sam Crawford from Virginia Wesleyan earning the Rookie of the Year honor and Jay Howell of Randolph-Macon named Coach of the Year.
