HAMPTON, Va. – As the 2019 Virginia Sports Information Directors announce its annual honors for women’s tennis all-state team’s university edition, the Virginia is awarded two of the honors with Meghan Kelley winning Player of the Year and Amber O’Dell winning Rookie of the Year. Old Dominion coach Dominic Manilla earned Coach of the Year honors.
